Returns -  We accept returns until 7 days after delivery if the product is undamaged. Before you return the item, please email us for guidance and instructions. To keep prices low, we do not refund shipping costs, and the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Out of Stock - If an item currently out of stock is purchased, we will notify you of the expected shipping date. If you prefer, we will refund your purchase and shipping fees.

Warranty - All products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Save the manufacturer's data you will receive and contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.

About the Owner - I am a Lieutenant at a local PD and a parent of two. I became very frustrated when the book bags I purchased wouldn't last the entire school year.
